Monreal London
Founded by fashion designer and tennis player Stefani Grosse, it’s easy to see the influence of both sport and style in Monreal’s collection of functional yet sexy tennis wear.
Monreal’s all- new Action dress comes in classic tennis white which has been updated with neon yellow and futuristic metallic silver panels. Made from supportive but light- weight stretch fabric, the dress will help enhance comfort and performance whilst looking stylish enough to wear even off the court.
For the new season the brand has also added in new styles of ultra- modern Booty Boost shorts, with an American stars- and stripes- inspired design perfect for the US Open.
Adidas 2016 US Open Adizero collection
Unveiling their latest tennis collection ahead of the tournament, Adidas have released their 2016 US Open Adizero collection, updating classic tennis shapes with the brand’s latest high- tech fabrics and modern and colourful designs.
Designed with eye- catching prints inspired by New York, the home of the event, the Adizero collection features adidas’ Climacool fabrics and technology to encourage quick evaporation of sweat and enhance comfort when playing in the hot and humid city.
The lightweight collection has also been designed for quicker movement on court, which is sure to be appreciated by tennis player Ana Ivanonic who will be wearing the collection during her performance at the final Grand Slam of the year.
L’Etoile Sport
Also launching their new AW16 collection to tie in with the US Open, luxury golf and tenniswear brand L’Etoile Sport will be releasing their new collection at the beginning of September during the event, with the brand also announcing that a full range of activewear will be launching on Net- a- Porter. com.
The new high- performance collection incorporates moisture- wicking fabrics, light reflection, SPF 50 protection, and high- performance technology to keep the body up to 10 degrees cooler while active, for improved play on the court.
