East Sussex – Chefs Tony Singh and Cyrus Todiwala are on a mission – to turn up the heat in the United Kingdom with spices. Indian meets English as the spices fly off the shelves and into the pot. Why? Because these chefs believe that Britain has some of the best produce in the world. In today’s episode, Tony and Cyrus find themselves in East Sussex where they intend to spice up some locally-caught fish. Next, they revitalise the traditional fish and chips with some spicy marinade. But hey, did you know that spices can also be used in desserts?
