Organised by Star Media Group with Zeon Properties as the event partner, the fair will feature a plethora of properties ranging from luxurious landed properties to high-rise residences, integrated develop- ments, retail and office spaces, affordable homes and investment schemes.

The fair truly offers a one-stop solution for property hunters, be it first time homeowners or discerning investors.

The developments at the fair, each offering unique lifestyle concepts, will enable visitors to be spoilt for choice.

Visitors get to interact directly with the developers and view a wide range of products with enticing price tags all under one roof while enjoying fantastic rebates and promotional packages.

Not to be missed is Nissan’s car display brought in by Edaran Tan Chong Motor (Utara) Sdn Bhd.

Adding to the excitement are informative property-related talks and the not-to-be-missed Spin & Win Contest with more than RM100,000 worth of fabulous prizes up for grabs.

New property developments are mushrooming across the country, providing plenty of choice options for purchasers.

It has been said that anytime was a good time to invest in properties as prices would appreciate in the long term.

And owing to the current weak property sentiment, developers have come up with innovative marketing strategies including rebates and discounts to make their products more attractive.

Thus, now is a good time to invest in properties when the market remains stable and flat, at least until 2018.

Due to the sluggish outlook, the number of property launches has reduced. However, prices in good locations are expected to hold.

Also, Bank Negara Malaysia’s recent cut of the Overnight Policy Rate (OPR) by 25 basis points to 3% is a good measure for the domestic property market as the interest rates would be reduced.

A survey revealed that among the top five reasons on why people invest in properties are to get higher yields on rentals, for good capital appreciation, for retirement planning, for a better environment and to own a house due to affordable pricing.

Location is the most important criteria besides integrated concepts with resort-style facilities as well as environmentally friendly designs.
