The 2015 surveys conducted by MMU and the Higher Education Ministry of Malaysian showed 97% of its graduates secured employment within six months of completing studies – one of the highest employment rate for a private Malaysian university.
This could be that 47% of its faculty are PhD holders with strong focus in research and teaching excellence and producing quality graduates. Two of its professors have been named Top Research Scientists Malaysia by the Academy of Sciences Malaysia in 2013 and 2014.

Laboratories include the Innov8 Lab, SiRi Learning Lab, SMART Lab and e-Moot Court, to be followed by the Robotic i-Learning Lab, Augmented Reality i-Lab, Business Simulation Lab, and Visual FX Lab.
More than 50% of MMU’s programmes support fast-growing industries in ICT, engineering, creative multimedia and business.
