Delicious burgers

-

IF you love burgers, you are not alone. A 2014 study revealed that burgers are the most popular food in France. Over 75% of restaurants in France have burgers on their menus, and represent half of all sandwiches sold in the country.

Locally, there are many types of mouth-watering burgers in the market. If you are tired of fast-food burgers, check out the gourmet burger outlets which serve premium meats and ingredients.

Instead of sesame buns, opt for bagels, black charcoal buns or portobello mushroom “buns”.

People enjoy eating burgers because they are convenient, tasty and easy to prepare. Burger patties can be prepared on a grill or in the oven.

You can ask Mummy to teach you how to prepare it from the comfort of home.

Burgers are so versatile. You can add avocado, pineapple, ham and onion rings, according to your personal preference. Burgers are often eaten with a large serving of French fries.

Burgers have come a long way since they were first introduced in the late 19th century by northern European emigrants en route to the United States. Popular burgers include cheese burger, fish burger and beef burger.

Recently, Starchild asked readers to submit letters on the topic, All About Burgers. Let’s hear what they have to say.
