It is managed by Lend Lease Investment Management Pte Ltd (LLIM), which has its registered office in Singapore.
It is part of a multi-disciplinary property development group based in Sydney and operating in the Asian region called Lend Lease Corporation Limited and has fund management, property development, property management and construction capabilities.
