Innovations for a better world
THE International Invention, Innovation and Technology Exhibition (ITEX) is a showcase of ingenious creations.
With a 2017 focus on commercialisation and entrepreneurship, it provides a marketplace for the discoveries of research to be translated into commercial impact.
Management and Science University (MSU) takes away from ITEX 2017 two gold and one silver for three innovations that add to living comfort.
“An Innovative Ready-To-Eat Halal Nasi Lemak To Go” by School of Graduate Studies (SGS) Prof Datuk Dr Asbi Ali et al. and “The Production of a New 8-in-1 Instant Herbal Coffee as Halal Health Beverage” by Faculty of Health and Life Sciences (FHLS) senior lecturer, Dr Zulhabri Othman et al., brought in the Gold for MSU, both in the Biotechnology, and Health and Fitness category.
“A New Animation Technique to Produce Commercial Super Squad Movie” by Faculty of Information Sciences and Engineering (FISE) senior lecturer Dr Musab A.M. Ali et al. brought in the Silver in the ICT and Multimedia category.
