Minimising bounce
Triumph’s Triaction range of sports bras has a fit for every shape and size.
A bra that is bounce certified?
Yup, that’s what Triumph’s Triaction range of sports bras is all about. They keep those boobs firmly in place.
No more jiggling and bouncing during workouts as the innovative wide-strapped, style-driven, quickdry collection gives women the freedom to train in multiple sports, with varying intensity.
These bras are designed to move with your body so it doesn’t matter what size or shape you are.
Collaborating with Jumping Fitness Malaysia, the German lingerie brand recently held a trampoline class for the media to check out its Autumn/Winter 2017 collection. It features the Studio and Cardio range, with a style to suit every body.
The bounce control is a scientific measure that gives the percentage of breast movement reduction when exercising. It measures breast movement in all directions: (forward/backward, side/side and up/down) and gives an overall breast movement reduction in percentage.
Being a physically active owner of small cups, I use sports bras daily – sometimes even two when my activities are in the morning and evening, and the first one is still wet from the sweat.
Looking at my size, I was recommended the Free Motion WHU push-up bra, which offers 65% bounce control. Featuring a rocker wire, a special construction to prevent the wires from digging in, brushed straps and underbust band, it definitely enhanced my curves.
The bra does give the smaller-endowed women a nice cleavage and a lift, which can boost your confidence. If you choose, go ahead and flaunt it without a top when you sweat. It is also equally comfortable as a work bra, so you don’t have to cart an extra pair of sports bra to the gym as it can be worn all day.
Part of the Studio collection, this style is preferred for women engaging in low intensity, toning activities such as yoga or Pilates, but it worked fine with the trampoline activity.
Not only did it give me ample support despite all the intense jumping and twisting, I hardly felt any movement or dampness inside though we were sweating buckets.
A few days later, I tried it on a moderate hike and again, it left me dry and comfortable.
However, if you are large breasted, you might want to try out the bra, and jump up and down on the spot first to make sure the breasts are fully secured inside the cups.
