NI­LAI Springs Re­sort Ho­tel and Golf Club com­prises a cham­pi­onship golf course with 183 gue­strooms and suites, four food and bev­er­age out­lets, a ball­room, 14 meet­ing rooms and an ex­ten­sive team-build­ing cir­cuit to of­fer var­i­ous team-build­ing pro­grammes. The el­e­gant Ra­jah Brooke Ball­room and the other 13 cosier meet­ing rooms can fit 12 to 800 per­sons and per­fect for meet­ings, sem­i­nars, work­shops, wed­ding ban­quet and cor­po­rate din­ners. Its team-build­ing cir­cuit at Ni­lai Springs in­clude chal­leng­ing high ropes and fly­ing fox, ab­seil­ing, spi­der web, mine­field cross­ing, bomb re­moval, 12-foot (3.66m) wall, jun­gle trail, night line, ori­en­teer­ing, dy­namic ob­sta­cles and wall climb­ing ac­tiv­ity. Dy­namic ob­sta­cles are di­vided into three: one that in­cludes step­ping stones, worm­hole, swing­ing bridge, com­mando crawl and gi­ant pole; one that has check­ers so­lu­tion and laser zone; and an­other that con­sists of hur­dle cross­ing, ver­tigo net, cow­boy ride, sea-saw bridge, ko­modo nest and elec­tric ca­ble.

There is also an Amaz­ing Race that can be ar­ranged dur­ing day­time or – for those who pre­fer a chal­lenge, the Night Amaz­ing Race. The team­build­ing pack­age is priced from RM340 nett* per per­son in­clu­sive of 2D/1N ac­com­mo­da­tion with break­fast, lunch, din­ner and two cof­fee or tea breaks. A non-res­i­den­tial team-build­ing pack­age is also avail­able for a full- or half-day sem­i­nars and pack­ages tai­lored for the govern­ment sec­tor. The re­sort is a cer­ti­fied lead­er­ship and train­ing pro­gramme provider ap­proved by the Hu­man Re­sources Min­istry and claimable un­der the Hu­man Re­sources De­vel­op­ment Fund (HRDF). The Res­i­den­tial Sem­i­nar Pack­age starts from RM295 nett* per per­son and in­cludes 2D/1N stay in the su­pe­rior room, cof­fee or tea break with snacks, lunch, din­ner and break­fast.

Ni­lai Springs is 15 min­utes away from the Kuala Lumpur In­ter­na­tional Air­port (KLIA) and Kuala Lumpur In­ter­na­tional Air­port 2 (KLIA 2) and 35 min­utes from the Kuala Lumpur city cen­tre. Many of its 183 gue­strooms and suites comes with panoramic golf course views with spa­cious and con­tem­po­rary de­signed ac­com­mo­da­tion.
