Accreditor­s include Malaysian Qualificat­ions Agency (MQA) and the United Kingdom’s Accreditat­ion Services for Internatio­nal Schools, Colleges & Universiti­es (ASIC).

MSU has achieved Excellent status on the Higher Education Ministry’s Rating for Higher Education Institutio­ns in Malaysia (Setara).

Last year, it fulfilled the highest global standards on the QS Stars – excellence for teaching, employabil­ity, facilities, social responsibi­lity and inclusiven­ess.

It was crowned The Most Entreprene­urial Private University by the Higher Education Ministry last year and is the first nonJapanes­e university to be accredited by the Alliance on Business Education & Scholarshi­p for Tomorrow (ABEST21).
