The Light City will have two lux­ury ho­tels with 745 rooms in a 37-storey tower, to be op­er­ated by renowned ho­tel brands. Both ho­tels seam­lessly con­nect to the PWCC, re­tail mall, and an ad­ja­cent 28-storey prime of­fice tower, giv­ing guests un­prece­dented con­ve­nience.

The of­fice block, with a net leasable area of about 370,000 sq ft, of­fers a ver­sa­tile se­lec­tion of of­fice suites with var­i­ous lay­out op­tions to suit vary­ing busi­ness needs.

Com­plet­ing the precinct are two res­i­den­tial projects – The Mezzo and The Essence – each com­pris­ing two tow­ers. The for­mer’s are both at 34 storeys, with the lat­ter’s at 37. It houses 456 and 315 units re­spec­tively.
