Over­all, Mah Sing’s iconic de­vel­op­ments have won over 150 do­mes­tic and global awards for com­pany per­for­mance, cor­po­rate gov­er­nance, prod­uct de­sign, con­cept, in­no­va­tion and qual­ity.

The group was voted ‘De­vel­oper of the Year’ at the iProp­ Peo­ple’s Choice Award 2016, its third con­sec­u­tive win in the same cat­e­gory. It was also ranked in Top 5 of The Edge’s Top Prop­erty De­vel­op­ers Awards 2016, was named a Top Ranked De­vel­oper in the Sin Chew Busi­ness Ex­cel­lence Award 2016.

This year, it re­ceived The StarProp­’s The All-Star Award 2017, and won the 2017 Frost & Sul­li­van Prop­erty Devel­op­ment Com­pany of the Year ac­co­lade.

The group’s com­mit­ment to forge strong bonds with the com­mu­nity has also seen it set up a char­ity arm, Mah Sing Foun­da­tion, to aid and ben­e­fit the less priv­i­leged. In 2016 alone, it raised RM4.62mil­lion to sup­port its many char­i­ta­ble causes.

The devel­op­ment com­prises a trio of ar­chi­tec­turally stun­ning tow­ers that house ele­gant con­do­mini­ums within.
