The group was voted ‘Developer of the Year’ at the iProperty.com People’s Choice Award 2016, its third consecutiv­e win in the same category. It was also ranked in Top 5 of The Edge’s Top Property Developers Awards 2016, was named a Top Ranked Developer in the Sin Chew Business Excellence Award 2016.

This year, it received The StarProper­ty.my’s The All-Star Award 2017, and won the 2017 Frost & Sullivan Property Developmen­t Company of the Year accolade.

The group’s commitment to forge strong bonds with the community has also seen it set up a charity arm, Mah Sing Foundation, to aid and benefit the less privileged. In 2016 alone, it raised RM4.62million to support its many charitable causes.
