ESTABLISHED in 2005, Vision College has built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality programmes across a wide range of fields.
Vision College offers a wide array of programmes in two major fields – health science and business. Health science programmes include Postgraduate Diploma of Medical Ultrasonography and several other diploma programmes in Medical Imaging, Health Science, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Opticianry and Biomedical Technology.
To cater for the demand of quality graduates in the business sector, diploma programmes cover Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Hotel Management and Law Enforcement. Vision also offers foundation and certificate programmes in both science and business.
Vision College is renowned for its Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Ultrasonography Programme – PgDMU (Asia) – an internationally recognised qualification awarded by the Australasian Society for Ultrasound in Medicine (ASUM), Australia and New Zealand and fully accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
Diploma in Medical Imaging (DMI) is a three-year programme that equips graduates with the necessary masteries and core competencies to succeed as a radiographer. It also serves as a stepping stone to further studies in PgDMU (Asia).
The Diploma in Nursing (DNS), which is accredited by the MQA and recognised by the Health Ministry and Malaysian Nursing Board, provides the skills and knowledge to qualify as a Registered Nurse. Vision College’s Diploma in Physiotherapy aims to produce proficient graduates to address the shortage of qualified physiotherapists in our country. Meanwhile, Diploma in Opticianry equips students with a comprehensive understanding of the ocular anatomy and human physiology as well as insights on materials and designs used in ophthalmic lenses and spectacle frames. The Diploma of Biomedical Technology (DBT) programme ensures students are trained on innovative machinery troubleshooting and upgrading techniques as well as being exposed to the latest medical breakthroughs.
Diploma in Health Science serves as a stepping stone for students entering the workforce in the healthcare industry while the Foundation in Science programme provides an excellent pathway to undergraduate studies in the fields of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy.
The Diploma in Business Administration equips students with the necessary fundamentals with an emphasis on real-world business case studies and coursework, designed to assist students in understanding the complexity of the global business environment.
In recognition of the demand for accountants in the fast-paced financial sector, the Diploma in Accounting programme was launched in 2015.
The Diploma in Hotel Management programme has been developed to meet the demand for entrepreneurial, creative and strategic managers in the international hospitality industry.
For students interested in the growth of computer information and technology, Vision College’s Diploma in Information Technology provides training for a wide range of skills. Intake for all programmes is currently ongoing.
