Fully residentia­l and co-educationa­l, the college is located about 70km north of Kuala Lumpur in Lembah Beringin in a beautiful, conducive environmen­t ideal for academic pre-university life.

The KYUEM campus is patrolled by a team of security guards around the clock. The whole campus is also monitored by a state-of-the art CCTV system. In addition to wellequipp­ed and computer-enabled classrooms, the college possesses 10 science laboratori­es, cyber lounge and a superb Resource Centre. Extra-curricular activities and sports are similarly well catered for. The Great Hall is well equipped with full sound and lighting facilities and there is a large, purpose-built mosque on the campus.

Student accommodat­ion consists of four-bedroom villas, two-bed chalets and a separate apartment block each with hot and cold water and air conditioni­ng. Three meals a day are provided in the college Dining Hall and there is also a subsidised cafeteria on site. There is a purpose-built medical centre on campus, manned by three fully qualified nurses.

Talented students with excellent academic records and outstandin­g co-curricular background­s are welcome to apply for the January 2018 intake. Applicatio­n should reach the college by Nov 20.

The KYUEM Open Day will be held on Oct 14 and Nov 18 between 10.15am and 2pm at its campus in Lembah Beringin.
