There is even a free property worth RM550,000 to be won! And not forgetting the much anticipated Spin & Win contest featuring fabulous prizes worth over RM50,000.

The industry’s well-respected names will be represented at the event.

They include Asia Green Group, Ideal Property Group, Sunway Berhad, Prisma Bumiraya Sdn Bhd, IJM Land, Aspen Group, Ewein Zenith Sdn Bhd and IOI Properties Group Berhad.

Lending their support are also Mah Sing Group, Iconic Land Sdn Bhd, Aroma Development Sdn Bhd, Symphony Life Sdn Bhd, JKP Sdn Bhd, Aman Setia Group, Uni Suites, Emerald Residence, TF Land Sdn Bhd, VST Group of Companies, AGT Land, Zeon Properties Sdn Bhd and Hatten Land.

Be spoilt for choice with the vast offerings ranging from lavish landed properties to stylish high-rise residences, integrated townships, retail and office spaces as well as affordable homes.

Property continues to be a favourite investment portfolio among Malaysians given the country’s high population growth rate that supports demand.

They are also a good hedge against inflation as their value increases with time. It is said that the richest people in the country gained 50% of their wealth through real estate.

When it comes to buying property, knowledge and information are vital in making informed decisions. Options are not only aplenty but you can easily own a home by making full use of the various promotional schemes offered by participating developers.

Among the criteria purchasers look for are quality, connectivity and accessibility, security, prime locations and trustworthy developers.

Developers may be more cautious in launching new products but consultants are fairly upbeat on the current state of the market.

In a typical report card on the sector, the experts are agreeable that the property market is more healthy than it was a few years ago with “more genuine” buyers.

Speculation, a major factor in any property market, has been weeded out and now developers can build products that the market needs and wants.

The market is expected to slowly inch up in year 2018 and 2019, and see a real boom after year 2020, barring any significant global consequences.

The Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (Rehda) is optimistic of Malaysia’s property sector outlook in the first-half of 2018 in tandem with the improvements in the country’s economic conditions.

The optimism was also based on forecasts of a stronger gross domestic product growth by Bank Negara Malaysia and economists.

Malaysia remains as an attractive investment destination in the region due to its political stability, well-developed infrastructure and stable property market with relatively lower entry prices that continue to offer reasonable returns.

To boost sales, developers had taken various measures such as assisting buyers with the first 10% down payment, review selling prices and enhancing innovation and creativity of their products.
