Curtin Malaysia is Curtin University’s largest internatio­nal campus and global hub in Asia.

“We at Curtin Malaysia are extremely proud to be a part of this achievemen­t and in all of Curtin’s recent achievemen­ts in the global rankings, including being at an estimated 180th position globally in the ARWU, placing 22nd in the 2018 edition of the QS Top 50 under 50 ratings, and rising to 262 position in the highly-acclaimed QS World University Rankings 2017-18.”

Reputation for excellence

Curtin Malaysia offers degree, diploma and postgradua­te courses identical to those offered at Curtin’s main campus, as well as courses at pre-university level that feed directly into its undergradu­ate programmes.

In accordance with Curtin’s reputation for excellence, academic staff are recruited internatio­nally and are of the highest calibre.

Currently, Curtin Malaysia has close to 5,000 students from over 50 countries and staff from over 20 nations studying and working in an internatio­nal and cross-cultural environmen­t.

In 2010, Curtin Malaysia was granted self-accreditat­ion status by the Malaysian Qualificat­ions Agency (MQA), which also awarded the campus a Tier Five (Excellent) rating in its 2009, 2011 and 2013 Setara Rating for institutio­ns of higher learning.
