THINK of Jailbreak as a more light-hearted version of Indonesian action blockbuster The Raid.

In this Cambodian action movie, four local cops are on the job to escort mobster Playboy to a max imum security prison. His boss Madame Butterfly w ants him dead just to keep her secrets safe. So she orchestrates a riot in prison to take dow n Playboy.

The four cops w ho are stuck w ith Playboy have to fight off hundreds of prisoners (including one crazy cannibal) to keep themselves alive. Now w here is the backup w hen you really need one?

The thrilling fight scenes is the highlight of this movie and the ex ecution of it all w as done brilliantly. However, thescenestendtoget repetitive and tiresome after a w hile that you w ish the movie w ould just move along w ith fresh new plot development.

Well, it helps that Jailbreak is also loaded w ith humour w ith plenty of surprising moments and likeable characters. (★★✩✩✩)

Oh, and Arnold Schw arzenegger plays the titular character in w hat is definitely not one of his better films.

It does w ell, though, to portray Evanson
