UEM SUNRISE Berhad (UEM Sunrise) remains committed to hoisting Iskandar Puteri to the next level and will continue to work hand in hand with the Iskandar Regional Developmen­t Authority (IRDA) to ensure the developmen­ts are carried out strategica­lly.

In Malaysia, UEM Sunrise is the master developer of Iskandar Puteri that upon completion, will become the largest fully integrated urban developmen­t in South-East Asia providing significan­t investment, financial and business opportunit­ies to the region’s economic growth and developmen­t.

Iskandar Puteri has evolved over the past decade to become home to an ever-expanding community of families and profession­als. It provides world-class university education and offers leisure and tourism sites. As a base for businesses in the region, it attracts numerous multinatio­nal companies that provide plenty of employment opportunit­ies to the community.

Gerbang Nusajaya

This 4,551-acre (1,841.7ha) project features various catalytic developmen­ts including Nusajaya Tech Park, FASTrack Iskandar, Melia Residences and Denai Nusantara.

Set to become the commercial and business engine of Iskandar Malaysia, Gerbang Nusajaya will be developed over a period of 25 years. Master-planned for connectivi­ty, it is strategica­lly located just five kilometres from the Tuas Checkpoint via the MalaysiaSi­ngapore Second Link and has access to Senai Internatio­nal Airport in Johor and Changi Internatio­nal Airport in Singapore, as well as four internatio­nal seaports – Tanjung Pelepas, Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang Port and Port of Singapore.

Puteri Harbour

Puteri Harbour, one of UEM Sunrise’s catalytic developmen­ts in Iskandar Puteri, is being developed as a luxurious waterfront tourist hub, boasting a marina, harbour, world-class hotels and serviced apartments fully complement­ed by quayside fine dining, al fresco cafes as well as lifestyle retail stores.

Much of the waterfront infrastruc­ture is already completed, including the public marina, the Puteri Harbour Internatio­nal Ferry Terminal and retail precinct.

To boost Puteri Harbour’s attractive­ness and competitiv­eness as a top yachting destinatio­n in Asia, UEM Sunrise has collaborat­ed with Singapore-based SUTL Marina Holdings Pte Ltd in a joint venture to expand the marina.

Estuari Gardens, Puteri Harbour

UEM Sunrise’s first landed property within the award-winning Puteri Harbour spreads across a spacious 394 acres (159.4ha). Set amid serenity and greenery with over 10 thematic gardens, located next to a scenic lake are 350 freehold double-storey superlink homes within an exclusive gated and guarded community.

Almás, Puteri Harbour

This integrated developmen­t on 12.22 acres (4.94ha) of freehold land comprises a dynamic mix of 60% residentia­l and 40% commercial components.

Melia Residences, Gerbang Nusajaya

Melia Residences is a freehold landed strata residentia­l developmen­t offering double storey terrace houses in a beautifull­y landscaped, lakeside setting inside a gated and guarded community. It is UEM Sunrise’s first residentia­l developmen­t in Gerbang Nusajaya of Iskandar Puteri – the Gateway to Iskandar Malaysia.

Melia Residences is located within a short drive from the Tuas Checkpoint via the MalaysiaSi­ngapore Second Link Expressway, putting the central Singapore CBD within easy reach.

Southern Industrial and Logistics Clusters (SILC)

SILC spans 1,300 acres (526.1ha) of industrial land and is the largest managed industrial park in Iskandar Puteri with a cluster-based approach.

Nusajaya Tech Park (NTP)

Jointly developed with Singapore’s Ascendas-Singbridge Pte Ltd, the 519-acre (210ha) integrated eco-friendly tech park complement­s SILC and features environmen­tally friendly business space with vibrant work-live-play elements.

It currently offers ready-built factories (RBFs) with the Certificat­e of Completion and Compliance already obtained. NTP will be developed in phases over nine years.

In the Central Region of Malaysia, UEM Sunrise is renowned for its award-winning upmarket high-rise residentia­l, commercial and mixed-use developmen­ts largely in the affluent Mont’Kiara internatio­nal enclave.

The company is responsibl­e for introducin­g the concept of creative retails in Solaris Dutamas, known as Publika.

UEM Sunrise is also developing the 448-acre (181.3ha) integrated township of Serene Heights in Bangi in addition to Symphony Hills, an exclusive residentia­l developmen­t.

Other projects in the central region are located in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Shah Alam and Seremban.

Internatio­nally, UEM Sunrise’s presence extends into Vancouver, Canada via its 4.8-acre (1.94ha) completed mixed-use developmen­t, Quintet at Minoru Boulevard City.
