In Malaysia, UEM Sunrise is the master developer of Iskandar Puteri that upon completion, will become the largest fully integrated urban development in South-East Asia providing significant investment, financial and business opportunities to the region’s economic growth and development.
Iskandar Puteri has evolved over the past decade to become home to an ever-expanding community of families and professionals. It provides world-class university education and offers leisure and tourism sites. Gerbang Nusajaya
This 4,551-acre (1,841.7ha) project features various catalytic developments including Nusajaya Tech Park, FASTrack Iskandar, Melia Residences and Denai Nusantara.
Set to become the commercial and business engine of Iskandar Malaysia, Gerbang Nusajaya will be developed over a period of 25 years. Master-planned for connectivity, it is strategically located just five kilometres from the Tuas Checkpoint via the MalaysiaSingapore Second Link and has access to Senai International Airport in Johor and Changi International Airport in Singapore, as well as four international seaports – Tanjung Pelepas, Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang Port and Port of Singapore.
Puteri Harbour
Puteri Harbour, one of UEM Sunrise’s catalytic developments in Iskandar Puteri, is being developed as a luxurious waterfront tourist hub, boasting a marina, harbour, world-class hotels and serviced apartments fully complemented by quayside fine dining, al fresco cafes as well as lifestyle retail stores.
Much of the waterfront infrastructure is already completed, including the public marina, the Puteri Harbour International Ferry Terminal and retail precinct.
To boost Puteri Harbour’s attractiveness and competitiveness as a top yachting destination in Asia, UEM Sunrise has collaborated with Singapore-based SUTL Marina Holdings Pte Ltd in a joint venture to expand the marina.
Estuari Gardens, Puteri Harbour
UEM Sunrise’s first landed property within the award-winning Puteri Harbour spreads across a spacious 394 acres (159.4ha). Set amid serenity and greenery with over 10 thematic gardens, located next to a scenic lake are 350 freehold double-storey superlink homes within an exclusive gated and guarded community.

Melia Residences, Gerbang Nusajaya

It is UEM Sunrise’s first residential development in Gerbang Nusajaya of Iskandar Puteri – the Gateway to Iskandar Malaysia.

Southern Industrial and Logistics Clusters (SILC)
SILC spans 1,300 acres (526.1ha) of industrial land and is the largest managed industrial park in Iskandar Puteri with a cluster-based approach.
Nusajaya Tech Park (NTP)
Jointly developed with Singapore’s Ascendas-Singbridge Pte Ltd, the 519-acre (210ha) integrated eco-friendly tech park complements SILC and features environmentally friendly business space with vibrant work-live-play elements.
It currently offers ready-built factories (RBFs) with the Certificate of Completion and Compliance already obtained. NTP will be developed in phases over nine years.
In the Central Region of Malaysia, UEM Sunrise is renowned for its award-winning upmarket high-rise residential, commercial and mixed-use developments largely in the affluent Mont’Kiara international enclave.
The company is responsible for introducing the concept of creative retails in Solaris Dutamas, known as Publika.
UEM Sunrise is also developing the 448-acre (181.3ha) integrated township of Serene Heights in Bangi in addition to Symphony Hills, an exclusive residential development.
