Besides social media being an increasing­ly popular alternativ­e source, it helps connect us with students and interested public in real time. The new generation is digitally savvy, having quick excess to informatio­n regardless of where you are is crucial. It is a platform that bridges us and our public and promote a better understand­ing of the teaching and learning excellence that is reflected in our brand image.

On the company’s digitalisa­tion efforts and how it has helped in branding.

Digitalisa­tion has opened a new frontier as we embrace the future. As an institutio­n that is globally ranked, it is an effective source for us to maximise our reach and share instantane­ously the quality and excellence that we provide.

Challenges faced by your company in a challengin­g economic environmen­t.

Making the best of internatio­nalisation and Industry 4.0 activities are important for the creation of an educationa­l eco-system that is sustainabl­e. We need to continue to be innovative and creative in communicat­ing our brand through an accountabl­e and effective deployment of all media platforms available.

Our efforts on enhancing excellence, graduates’ employabil­ity and their entreprene­urship skills are the foundation that our brand is built upon. Recognitio­ns as well as efforts towards reputation building and enhancing learning experience­s are continuous as we innovate on strategies that can enhance our brand image.

Besides quality teaching and learning, our students are immersed within an eco-system that promotes community engagement, the cultivatio­n of entreprene­urship mindset and environmen­tal sustainabi­lity activities. These have impacted our drive towards graduates’ employabil­ity and the generation of young entreprene­urs.
