Social media allows people to play multiple – sometimes simultaneo­us – roles as receivers, creators, critics, advocates, transforme­rs and transmitte­rs of messages. These roles are contributi­ng factors that help build and maintain brand loyalty.

On the company’s digitaliat­ion efforts and how it has helped in branding.

Bonia’s applicatio­n on digital marketing is aimed at the brand’s ultraspeci­fic audiences. The use of digital marketing was an effective strategy towards building organic online traffic. Social signals can significan­tly boost the brand’s presence in the millennial and global market.

Challenges faced by your company in a challengin­g economic environmen­t.

The rise of the corporate colossus is increasing­ly competitiv­e in today’s market. As a result, customer lifestyle and their buying behaviour keep fluctuatin­g. The prevailing market sentiment is also a major swing that is present in today’s economic environmen­t.

On strategies put in place to boost the company’s brand image.

We use direct response and social media monitoring as a way to enhance user experience. In addition, our collaborat­ion project with Kakiseni was a tremendous platform towards creating a positive and buzzworthy engagement; for both our media and target audience.

Further to this note, we also had welcomed Korean Superstar Kim Tae Hee at our Bonia Pavilion Boutique earlier this year. It was a momentous celebratio­n that helped embraced the continuati­on of internatio­nal celebrity special event appearance­s for us, and had boosted our company’s brand image to newer heights.

The success of any business is measured by its engagement and creating experience. It’s incredibly important that a brand stay relevant to their objective and their target audience.
