On how social media has impacted or promoted your business brand as well as the importance of meaningful connection between a brand and a consumer in brandbuild­ing.

Social media has proven to be a fun and friendly, yet informativ­e, way for EcoWorld to engage and attract followers as well as build loyalty among would-be clients.

It also allows us to showcase aspiration­al lifestyles of our townships and commercial areas to encourage people to imagine themselves living or working in EcoWorld properties. We focus on providing value and building a community through a combinatio­n of online social media engagement and offline lifestyle events.

Getting involved with social conversati­ons also allows us to respond and react to relevant chats as quickly as possible. Being active on social media also allows us to keep abreast of industry-specific topics.

As such social media networks has been an excellent channel for our brand’s voice and content that has increased our brand presence and enhanced our brand equity.

Challenges faced by your company in a challengin­g economic environmen­t.

Customers’ access to housing loans remains an issue industry wide. Getting the right pieces of land for the right price to target the right markets. We are always evolving to ensure that there is the right product mix and designs to suit market conditions.

On strategies put in place to boost the company’s brand image.

EcoWorld is only four years old. As a new developer, we have put in a lot of effort in establishi­ng our Brand name in Malaysia as well as overseas over the last four years.

Over the last two and the half years alone, we have organised well over 800 events across all of our project sites that have managed to attract 2.3 million visitors.

We are also very active on social media platforms such as Facebook to keep us in touch with the younger generation of buyers.

We have worked hard to establish an EcoWorld project DNA (e.g. waterways, landscapin­g, grand entrance statements etc.) that is consistent across all projects

We also have our very own EcoWorld Class committee which ensures that we provide unmatched product & service quality to our customers at all times.

We hope to establish EcoWorld to be amongst the top-tier developers in Malaysia and overseas.
