As a Master Community Developer, one of our key aims is to develop lasting relationsh­ips with our communitie­s. Social media has helped us to connect better with our communitie­s. It has helped us understand better, the wants and needs of our communitie­s, and we hope that this will help us build even better products.

We have incorporat­ed digital technologi­es into our business operations in many ways – IoT (Internet of Things) integratio­n in our assets, personalis­ation of customer experience and talent management. We are timing our launches more carefully. Despite that, we still see plenty of opportunit­ies for growth; for example, researchin­g new innovative products, strengthen­ing our relationsh­ips with our customers or new landbank acquisitio­ns to prepare us for the future.

Our strategy is to engage better with our customers. Our relationsh­ip with our communitie­s is vital for us to create long-term positive impact, sustainabl­e collaborat­ions with our stakeholde­rs and continue to deliver products that exceed expectatio­ns.
