The Christmas Eve Set Dinner, priced at RM109 nett per person, will feature set of kataifi prawns on a tier of avocado and mango, french onion soup served with cheese crouton, mille feuille of cod fish served with aged black grapes or roasted rack of lamb with a dessert of apple chocolate pyramid with toasted nuts and chocolate pralines.
On Christmas Day, the Hi Tea, priced at RM78 nett for adults and RM39 for seniors and children, features many selections from the main sections of international salads, cold selection, soup, action stall, carving station, hot dishes and desserts.
To celebrate the new year, Royale Chulan Bukit Bintang guests can welcome 2018 with its New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner priced at RM129 nett for adults and RM75 nett for children. It features a befitting spread to herald in the new year with family and friends.

Priced at RM109 nett per person, it will serve marinated prawn in vol-au-vent with mesclun green and mango salsa, cream of broccoli soup, lime sherbet, pan roasted rack of lamb on mashed potato accompanied with fresh garden greens and wolfberry juice.
Guests can also choose pan-fried seared salmon fillet served with tian of braised dill potato and Asian mango salsa, or grilled beef tenderloin on caramelised onions served with green peppercorn sauce, seasonal vegetables and jacket potato. End the meal with a caramel banana chocolate swiss roll with toasted nuts and chocolate praline.
