Auspicious Lunar New Year feasts
THE Dynasty Restaurant is all set to immerse your senses with festive menus that capture the finest flavours of Cantonese cuisine from now until March 2 in celebration of the Chinese Lunar New Year.
From the festive dim sum selection to timeless Treasure Pots or Poon Choi, a superb selection of set menus and a line-up of yee sang to please all palates, Dynasty is the place to spoil or be spoiled by family and friends.
Focusing on the use of traditional ingredients while emphasising on light and fresh flavours for healthy feasting, executive sous chef Kok Chee Kin has created three festive set menus complete with yee sang and Dynasty’s fortune pastries – Happiness at RM1,788 nett, Fortune at RM2,188 nett and Longevity at RM3,388 nett per table of 10 persons.
Besides the above, the six-course and seven-course Double Delight menus for two persons are available and priced at RM378 nett and RM578 nett respectively.
Groups of six persons are covered with the nine-course Six Happiness Set at RM1,188 nett.
Meanwhile, the seven-course and eight-course Prosperity Treasure Pot Sets for five persons are meant to impress.
These menus come with yee sang for diners to toss to their luck and good fortune.
Dynasty Restaurant offers three types of Deluxe Yee Sang – Salmon, Fruity Fiesta and Jellyfish.
From the Premium Yee Sang selection, there is a choice of sea cucumber, abalone and pseudo shark’s fin; abalone jellyfish, scallop, salmon and lobster; and mini abalone.
Take-away yee sang in half and full servings can also be arranged.
The Deluxe Yee Sang is priced at RM118 nett for a half portion and RM228 nett for a full portion.
As for the Premium Yee Sang, the price is RM188 nett for a half portion and RM368 nett for a full portion.

Each basket of piping hot dim sum is priced at RM18 nett.
Dynasty Restaurant is open daily for lunch from noon to 2.30pm and dinner from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
Dim sum breakfast is served from 9am to 2.30pm on Sunday and from 10.30am to 2.30pm on public holidays.
