THE Dorsett and Silka Hotels present a bountiful Lunar New Year with a tempting line-up of festive dishes to celebrate the season.

At Dorsett Grand Subang, the “Joyful Reunion Set Menu” at its Emperor Chinese Restaurant is perfect for family reunions available now to Mar 2.

Ranging from RM1,188 nett to RM1,888 nett per table of 10, the four choices of eight or nine-course menus offer Cantonese delights with a contempora­ry twist.

The Dorsett also has its Signature Yee Sang and Poon Choi (Treasure Pot) takeaways, which cater to various palates and budgets.

The “Hee Har” pink prawns and fresh fruits is RM88 nett for half-portion and RM138 nett for full, jellyfish and fresh fruits is RM58 nett for half and RM98 nett for full, the salmon and Korean pear is RM68 nett for half and RM138 nett for full, soft-shell crab and Korean pear is RM78 nett for half and RM158 nett for full and the baby abalone and Korean pear is RM128 nett for half and RM258 nett for full.

The Dorsett Poon Choi is layered with delicacies and best savoured in the company of family and friends.

It costs RM688 nett for four to six pax or RM988 nett for seven to 10 pax and requires three working days advance order.

Those celebratin­g can also have their reunion dinner buffet at the Terazza Brasserie on Feb 15, with yee sang, roasted peking duck, lam mee noodles and more at RM138 nett per person from 6.30 to 10.30pm.

At the Dorsett Kuala Lumpur, yee sang offerings include a vegetarian snow pear yee sang at RM98 nett per portion, Thai-style tiger prawn yee sang at RM128 nett per portion, salmon yee sang, RM138 nett per portion, tuna maguro and sesame seaweed yee sang at RM168 nett per portion, with each portion serving up to 10 persons.

The hotel serves a tantalisin­g array of three Chinese Set Menus priced from RM1,188 nett to RM1,388 nett per table of 10 persons, with a spread of traditiona­l and symbolic favourites.

Offers are available from now until March 2.

At Dorsett Putrajaya family and friends can celebrate Chinese New Year in style with a choice of two four-course set dinners at RM78 nett per person from Feb 15 to 25.

Patrons can savour tempura prawn yee sang platter or salmon and avocado and more.

To herald festivitie­s at Silka Cheras Kuala Lumpur and Silka Maytower Kuala Lumpur, guests can look forward to three delectable reunion dining options ranging from RM788 to RM1,088 for the entire family.

The hotels are also offering classic Salmon Yee Sang at only RM48 nett per half portion and RM88 nett for full.
