Metropolitan living moments

-

BELIEVING in providing quality homes and spaces, Platinum Victory has been active in the Setapak area for almost two decades, recognised by its many high-rise developments with the acronym “PV” in their names.

Continuing its Platinum Lake City, Kuala Lumpur development next to Danau Kota Lake, its next project there is called PV18 Residence.

Scheduled to be launched later this month, PV18 Residence will be the city development to look out for in terms of convenience and affordability. Having an enviable KL address, PV18 Residence, which will be located along Jalan Langkawi, is about 8.9km to Suria KLCC and 10.5km to Bukit Bintang.

More importantly, PV18 Residence will be accessible via DUKE, MRR2 and the proposed DUKE 3 highways, besides the city network of adjoining roads.

Being quite central in Kuala Lumpur, there are three LRT stations nearby – Taman Melati LRT is about 2km away, Wangsa Maju LRT 3km away and Sri Rampai LRT is roughly 4km away; all are connected by feeder buses and taxi services.

On top of that, the Integrated Transport Terminal Gombak, expected to be ready next year and later, by 2024 interconnecting with the East-Coast Rail Link (ECRL) is just 5km away. Travelling to Kota Baru is expected to take less than four hours.

Situated in a matured township, PV18 Residence will be surrounded by amenities. Tunku Abdul Rahman University College is just 1.8km away and Columbia Asia Hospital about 1.9km away.

Shopping for daily necessities and groceries will be hassle-free when the proposed Aeon Big is completed next year. It will be within a walking distance of just 300m. Platinum Walk is about 1km away while Setapak Central Mall is 1.5km away from the project. Giant Setapak and Aeon Alpha Angle are about 2km away.

“Metropolitan or city living is really about conveniences. We always look at making good time, at ease and having comfort wherever we are – at home and at work. That’s the reason we look at making every moment count. Therefore, PV18 Residence resonates towards metropolitan living moments where everything is at your convenience,” Platinum Victory executive director Gan Yee Hin said.

Gan added that PV18 Residence facilities would be on par with other developments out there.

PV18 Residence will be developed on a 5.56-acre land with two blocks of residences.

Block A will have 40 floors and Block B, 42 floors. Total units will be 852. There are two types of built-up sizes – 94.9sq m (1,021sq ft) and 113.2sq m (1,219sq ft).

“PV18 Residence has a dual key layout concept, which fits very well with the current demand for additional privacy especially when relatives or parents stay over. Homeowners can also get additional income by renting out the studio bedroom. In future when the family grows, so too does the need for individualism. Your investment for this concept becomes meaningful when your grown child gets freedom while still living with you,” Gan explained further.

“Times are changing and the property development industry is evolving fast. People are getting more discerning and knowledgeable. We need to react fast in our project offerings and believe that PV18 Residence is a good choice in the market – central location, good amenities, practical layout and the most looked at factor, reasonable pricing.”

Platinum Victory’s Vista Wirajaya and Vista Wirajaya 2 projects under Rumah Wilayah Persekutuan (RUMAWIP) scheme received an overwhelming response with being oversubscribed three times the units offered. The projects were launched together with its balloting session earlier this year by Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.

The company’s first Vista project called Vista Semarak launched early last year was fully subscribed for all its 600 units. Its Vista Langkawi, launched during the second half of 2017, has the largest built-up size of 86sq m (926sq feet) under RUMAWIP scheme in the city.

This year, its next coming project will be Vista OUG at Bukit OUG, just next to LRT Muhibbah station.

This year’s pipeline for Setapak includes an exciting development called PV9, Melati followed by two other developments in the second half of the year – Platinum OUG at Bukit OUG, KL and Platinum Arena at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.

“We estimate that the total Gross Development Value (GDV) for all our projects combined will be about RM2bil for 2018,” Gan concluded.

As a notable community developer, Platinum Victory’s new tagline of Creating Magical Moments will encapsulate its promise to create magical moments for new homebuyers. More exciting Platinum Victory projects are coming your way.
