Choosing a property

-

These women share the deciding factors in their property purchases.

As a working woman, I want a home which offers me convenience. I prefer a place which comes with facilities like gym, swimming pool, sauna and more as I can enjoy these facilities after a long day at work. One of the projects that I am interested in is M City along Jalan Ampang, as they have four floors of facilities and a female-only gym which is great. — Emilia Mok, 24, looking to invest in her first home

To me, safety is very important. That is one of the main reasons why I am considering getting a unit of Cerrado Residential Suites in Southville City as they have a comprehensive four-tier security system. As a woman, I put utmost importance in my family’s safety, so I would want to have a place that gives me peace of mind. — Sheena Raja Bahadur, 36, looking to invest in her first home

Everyone wants to be near the best commercial districts. Location has always been my main concern in looking for a property. When you buy a home in a good location, it’s usually a solid long-term investment, especially if it’s accessible by public transport. Being near an LRT or MRT station can get you anywhere in a short amount of time. Convenient access to KL city, popular malls and restaurants is also an added bonus for me. — Lee Pui San, 30, looking to invest in her second property
