Skills that transcend borders

-

BRICKFIELDS Asia College (BAC) is an award-winning institution that has established itself as the fastest and smartest way to over 300 pre-university and UK degree programmes.

Students have a choice of

25 UK university degree programmes with 3+0, 2+1 and 1+2 options.

BAC is revolutionising education by offering multiple options, as the “one size fits all” approach has become obsolete. Students today seek interdisciplinary courses, double majors or double degrees.

Complementing these international qualifications are skills, which are an important part of BAC’s approach. It emphasises relevant education, which increases graduate marketability.

CIE A-Levels

The Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) A-Levels is the world’s most recognised pre-university programme.

BAC offers a wide range of subjects in the arts and sciences, as well as the option of the Express Route (11 months) or Standard Route (18 months).

The subjects offered include biology, chemistry, physics, law, economics, accounting, English literature, mathematics and further mathematics, allowing students to progress to degree programmes in law, business, medicine, finance, engineering or communication, among others.

Students looking to get a head start in their careers will find the BAC A-Levels Express Route an ideal option. This unique programme, coupled with BAC’s UK Transfer Degree Programme in law or business, allows students to graduate up to two years ahead of their peers.

BAC’s A-Levels students have received the Top in the World Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards for Law and Business Studies from 2012 to 2017.

For the sixth year running, BAC A-Levels students have received the prestigious Outstanding Cambridge Learner Award for excellent results in the CIE series. Most recently, Standard Route student James Tan scored the highest marks in the world for AS-Level Law in November 2016 and A-Levels Law in June 2017, while Express Route student Low Zhao Lin scored the highest marks in the world for A-Levels Law in the November 2016 exams.

Foundation in Arts

BAC also offers the Foundation in Arts programme, which focuses on interdisciplinary studies. It provides an alternative route that forms the base for any education or career, with emphasis on the development of academic skills and above all, fun.

BAC’S pre-university programmes are a stepping stone to degrees in fields such as accounting, actuarial sciences, biomedical sciences, business, computing, dentistry, economics, English, finance, human resources, media studies, medicine, public relations and veterinary science.

Holistic education ecosystem

BAC’s mission is to provide an education ecosystem with real impact by producing global graduates with skills that transcend cultures and geographic borders.

This ecosystem focuses on four areas – Student Services, Professional Development, Lifestyle and Skills – which give students a strong grounding to navigate the Fourth Industrial Revolution, develop soft skills and creativity and instill the confidence to ride the wave of change in an increasingly globalised environment.
