Route to a medical degree in Russia
DR Tan, as he wishes to be known, is a graduate of Russian State Medical University better known as Russian National Research Medical University.
He shares his educational journey:
“As a top student in secondary school, I aspired to be a wellknown doctor but I did not get the scholarship I applied for and all the other medical universities locally and abroad are very costly.
