MajuHome Concept’s brand journey is aligned with its passion for offering a wide range of furniture designs, concepts and styles that cater to different tastes for every Malaysian home and residence.

IN the early first quarter this year, MajuHome Concept was awarded the prestigiou­s BrandLaure­ate SMEs BestBrands Awards 20172018 in the category of Integrated Furniture Solutions – one of the top awards the industry has to offer.

Although it was an honour to receive this recognitio­n, it was no denying that this achievemen­t was the result of the people behind the scenes of MajuHome, who walked the brand journey together. This include staff, suppliers, business associates, partners and customers.

Today, MajuHome boasts a total of more than 18,581sq m (200,000 sq ft) of gallery space with its three megastore outlets consisting of the main branch in Setapak, a three-storey building showcase gallery in Puchong and a lifestyle concept gallery in Citta Mall.

What many don’t know is that MajuHome Concept did not really start the brand journey until decades after being founded in 1986. As just a small home furniture business in Setapak, the business evolved into a “solutions provider” catering to the different market segments with different tastes and needs.

People were looking for furniture, not just for general home living but also office furnishing, kitchen, bathroom, beddings and more. It wasn’t until 2010 that the real brand journey started with MajuHome’s first brand logo identity and its branding exercise.

In 2016, the logo design was improved to the more contempora­ry look you see now. In that same year, Alex Yoong, Malaysia’s first F1 racer, was announced as the official brand ambassador of MajuHome Concept and continues his role today.

MajuHome Concept’s brand journey is aligned with its passion for offering a wide range of furniture designs, concepts and styles that cater to different tastes for every Malaysian home and residence. Its innovative display concept and showcase allow people to turn their “dream home” or “dream office” into reality.

By doing so, MajuHome aims to embrace the trend of how furniture is an expression of a person’s lifestyle, living up to the slogan, “Redefining Lifestyle, Your Way.” With this, MajuHome Concept looks forward to sharing the success of delivering this brand promise to its community.
