Levi’s spreads optimism, love and forgiveness in the spirit of Ramadan.
WITH a message of embracing positivity from within, Levi’s has presented its new Ramadan collection, together with a music video to inspire authentic self-expressions.
Malaysian songbird Daiyan Trisha anchored the campaign with Indonesian indie band Batiga to bring a message of unrelenting optimism to life. Shot in Jogjakarta, the music video urges audiences to live a good and meaningful life.
“We want to empower you to make the change you wish to see and be the positive manifestation of all values you hold dearly,” stated Imran Butt, country manager of Levi Strauss Malaysia.
“Ramadan is a time for introspections and improvements – a spiritual journey we take for self-discovery as well as changes we make to better our lives and surroundings.”
Also a focus is the all-new Levi’s Ramadan collection, which offers effortless styles and seamless modernity. This includes an assortment of easy and versatile outfits to keep wearers cool and dry. Incorporating uniquely local touches without losing the cool factor that is synonymous with Levi’s, the collection allows for everyone to build their own styles without looking out of place.
Smartly rendered classics, as well as sophisticated styles and fits in fresh washes, will keep you comfortable throughout the long hours of the day – especially in the month of Ramadan.
For the men, the Performance Cool jeans in 511 slim, regular and original fits will wick away moisture. Pair it with a mandarin collar shirt to look smart yet contemporary.
Airy short-sleeved shirts in a variety of prints can also be layered with simple graphic T-shirts for a more casual look. For a more elevated look, try out the trucker jacket, which can be matched with any jeans silhouette.
The women, on the other hand, have the Performance Cool jeans in 711 ankle skinny and skinny cropped fits. These are made with a comfortable stretch material to allow easier motion flexibility.
