HAILEY Baldwin’s father is actor Stephen Baldwin, who has starred in films like The Usual Suspects and The Flintstones In Viva Rock Vegas. It is hard growing up famous. Which was why Hailey chose to be home-schooled after eighth grade and it has benefitted her. “I actually think that helped me become very mature for my age. I didn’t turn out socially awkward, but I just missed out on the partying and all the boys and drama. It helped me skip past being childish,” she said in an interview.

Reluctant model

The leggy blonde who is of American and Brazilian parentage started modelling at 17. Growing up, Hailey wanted to be a professional ballet dancer. However, a foot injury meant she had to give up that dream.

To date, Hailey has done runway shows and fashion campaigns for the likes of Moschino, Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren.

Star of music videos

In 2011, Hailey was only 14 when she played the love interest in teen singer Cody Simpson’s On My Mind music video. Then in 2016, she was credited as “Girl” in French model-singer Giabiconi’s music video Love To Love You Baby.
