Since its establishment in 1995, the Ramsay Sime Darby Healthcare College (RSDH College) is regarded as one of the pioneers in healthcare education in Malaysia.

RSDH College specialises in nursing and allied health sciences programmes.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare education, faculty and staff at RSDH College are wellequipped with the practical knowledge and skills to nurture competent and industry-ready graduates.
RSDH College has received six stars (outstanding) rating in the MyQuest 2016/2017, awarded by the Ministry of Higher Education.
The college is known for its emphasis on healthcare hospitality services, especially its nursing and health sciences programmes.
It offers a three-year Diploma in Nursing programme, and a BSc (Hons) Contemporary Nursing 2+0 programme – with the aim of cultivating highly skilled nurses who are confident and customer-focused.
The 2+0 BSc (Hons) programme familiarises students with relevant nursing practices lecturers from the University of Hertfordshire.
The nursing programme is designed to develop critical thinking and clinical decisionmaking skills in students.
Another popular programme offered by the college is the threeyear Diploma in Medical Assistant, aimed at producing medical assistant officers who will work closely alongside doctors and medical officers in hospitals.
Students are trained in the areas of basic medical sciences by experiencing learning in the classroom, practical sessions and hands-on activities, combined with self-directed learning.
They undergo clinical placements to enhance clinical knowledge and competencies, as well as medical, surgical and emergency skills.
Students are assured placement upon completion, with 95% of RSDH College’s graduates employed or furthering studies upon graduation.
