FASHION label Alice + Olivia is getting into the beauty business with a new manicure collaboration.

The US label has teamed up with the Kiss-owned imPRESS nail line to launch a limited-edition, presson manicure collection featuring six striking motifs from designer Stacey Bendet. The series spans neon colors, polka dots, stripes and patterns for a bold take on winter nails, offering a one-step gel manicure that stays in place thanks to a “SuperHold Dual-Layer Adhesive” that means that no glue is required.

“Like Alice + Olivia, imPRESS is not afraid of bold patterns or vibrant colours,” said Bendet in a statement. “They were the perfect partner to bring my nail art visions to life.”

The collection is not the first time the duo have worked together – Kiss first designed a series of one-of-a-kind nails for Bendet’s Passport to Wonderland themed Spring/Summer 2019 presentation.

“The collaboration grew into an exclusive nail collection because we strongly believe Bendet’s creative vision and empowering designs are a perfect match for the innovative imPRESS brand,” said Annette DeVita-Goldstein, senior vice president of Global Marketing for Kiss Products, Inc.

Alice + Olivia are not the first high-end brand to team up with ImPress – fashion designer Christian Siriano also launched a holiday collection with the label last year. – AFP Relaxnews
