Thrilling Triton
MITSUBISHI Motors Malaysia wowed the crowd at the recent 4Sure Thrill event at Setia City Convention Centre outdoor carpark with dynamic driving performance by two-time Japanese Dakar Rally champion Hiroshi Masuoka and Malaysian motorsports athlete Leona Chin.
Masuoka and Chin provided high-speed drift taxi rides on a dirt circuit for visitors to experience the Triton’s handling capabilities that include power, control, agility and safety.
Aside from enjoying part in the high-speed rides with Masuoka and Chin, visitors can test drive the Triton’s new Super-Select 4WD II system, Off-road mode and Hill Descent Control over a specially-built track with muddy terrain, uneven surfaces and a descending track.
During the event, entertainment for the entire family were also provided on top as well as RM5,000 worth of lucky draw prizes to be won and a 4Sure Thrill photo/video contest where winners received RM800 petrol card vouchers, RM500 Touch ‘n Go card and RM300 Tesco vouchers for the first, second and third prizes respectively.
The first 100 participants also got free Starbucks coffee after completing all three high-speed ride, offroad obstacle course and on-road test drive.
Meanwhile, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia is offering a holiday package to either Cherating, Janda Baik, Desaru or Cameron Highlands to selected customers who buy a new Outlander SUV or ASX Compact SUV. The promotion is valid until Mar 31.
Customers who register a new Outlander 2.0-litre or 2.4-litre will enjoy cash rebates up to RM6,000.
The ASX Compact SUV 4WD and 2WD comes with cash rebates up to RM4,000 while the Triton, depending on the variant, is offered with rebates up to RM6,000.
