Girish to take on new role in GroupM group

GROUPM Malaysia CEO Girish Menon ( pic) will be taking on a new role within the group. Effective October, he will be [m]PLATFORM APAC vice-president, client development.

[m]PLATFORM is the recently launched unit of GroupM which unifies all of the company’s data analytics, technology and digital activation capabilities in one team focused on helping clients to reach their targeted audiences across all addressable media.

GroupM CEO of Asia-Pacific Mark Patterson in a statement said: “Girish is one of our longest serving and most accomplished market CEOs in the region, with seven years in Malaysia and previous leadership roles in Vietnam and India.
