Design Thinking Masterclass workshop on Oct 17

PETALING JAYA: Challenges faced by today’s businesses have become more complicated, requiring business owners and executives to apply creative problem solving methods to come up with innovative solutions.

Recognising a need to equip business leaders, product managers, decision makers and innovators with such skills, Star Media Group will be organising the Design Thinking Masterclass to help relevant personnel be at the forefront of crafting innovative products, services and processes for their organisations.

The workshop will be held on Oct 17 at Menara Star in Petaling Jaya.

The full-day workshop will be conducted by R. Ramesh Victor, a certified Lean Master and innovation practitioner.

Ramesh is an internationally acclaimed consultant and operational improvement coach. He has over 20 years of experience in coaching and mentoring clients from various industries to achieve breakthrough improvement results in operations all over Asia.

During the master class, Ramesh will prepare participants to think like designers and help them utilise different tools and methods to understand customers’ needs better. This will enable companies and organisations to design better customer value solutions.

The workshop is crafted to provide participants with engaging activities and hands-on experience to help them draw practical learnings.
