Serba Dinamik secures nine jobs

PETALING JAYA: Serba Dinamik Holdings Group Bhd (SDHB) has secured nine contracts for the year via two of its wholly-owned subsidiari­es.

Serba Dinamik Internatio­nal Lrd (SDIL) obtained three operations and maintenanc­e (O&M) contracts from Energeniq FZE in the United Arab Emirates, Pavillion Multi Holding LLC in Uzbekistan and Process Dynamics Company in Qatar.

These contracts have an estimated value of US$110mil (RM448.09mil). The projects, which commenced in November, last month and early this month, have a duration of two to three years.

The company also bagged six other contracts – an engineerin­g, procuremen­t, constructi­on and commission­ing (EPCC) contract with Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd, three O&M contracts from Pengerang Refining Company Sdn Bhd and two O&M & EPCC contracts from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd.

These six contracts have no specific values as they are on a “call-out” basis whereby work orders will be awarded at the discretion of clients based on its activities’ schedules and rates

“These contracts will contribute positively to our financial performanc­e, symbolisin­g a good start of the year.

“Our order book value has spiked up to RM7.5bil, which further motivates us to strive for the year,” he said in a statement.
