-

CYBERJAYA: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Serba Dinamik IT Solutions Sdn Bhd (SDIT), will launch its cloud-based online content sharing platform in Indonesia, India, Qatar and several African countries next year.

SDIT chief technology officer Kalaikovan Antony said the online platform, known as the Global Content Exchange Club (GCE Club), provides users with an unlimited access to an extensive collection of contents, including books, journals, thesis, audio files, multimedia, videos, drawings and images in a unified marketplace.

“Through GCE Club, anyone from any part of the world can sell and purchase academic contents. We believe that valuable content should be made easily available for those who want it.

“As such, we made content-sourcing easy, simple and seamless. We aim to have 50,000 GCE users worldwide by end-2020,” he said.

Kalaikovan said this to reporters after a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between SDIT and Geomatika University College at the Malaysian Global Innovation and Creativity Centre here today.

He said under the MOU, Geomatika students and academicians can create, exchange, digitise and monetise their write-ups, thesis or even assignments on GCE Club by sharing the contents with the international market.

GCE also features a freelance corner as well as a place for those looking for translators and proofreaders for their writings, he added. — Bernama
