S P Setia launches ‘Setia NOW’ campaign

PETALING JAYA: S P Setia Bhd is launching a campaign for home-buyers who would like to to upgrade or own their first homes.

The campaign called ‘Setia NOW’ is one of its biggest campaigns launched with more than 1,600 properties across the country that are offered with up to 48% rebates from the official selling price, the company said in its press release.

“Catering to the different Malaysian lifestyles and household sizes, the property types varies from residentia­l and even selected commercial units.

Buyers can opt for condominiu­ms, serviced apartments, terrace houses, semi-detached, villas and bungalows,” S P Setia said.

The company said its properties come with a price tag ranging from RM577,000 and above before those rebates.

The company said that among the promotions that are available until July 31, 2020 are: the said rebates of up to 48%, zero booking fees, zero down payment, zero legal fees and free Memorandum of Transfer.

The projects that are offered under this campaign include: Elonia, 2 storey Terrace House in

Bukit Indah, Johor Baharu from RM588,880; Setia Sky Vista, Condominiu­m in Relau, Penang Island from RM692,700; and Aeropod Commercial Square, Boutique Retail Office in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah from Rm1.03mil, it said.
