Sunway Property’s initiative a big hit

JAYA: Sunway Property made Rm800mil worth of bookings from the eight signature developments on offer at its recent Signature Series 2022 campaign.

The property developer stated the campaign last month resulted in 1,131 bookings for projects in the Klang Valley such as Sunway Alishan, Sunway Flora, Jernih Residence, Sunway Artessa, Sunway d’hill, Sunway Serene, Sunway Velocity TWO and Sunway Belfield.

In a statement, Sunway Property central region senior executive director Chong Sau Min said the Signature Series 2022 campaign was successful due to a rising interest in integrated and sustainable homes in strategic locations with great access and connectivity.

“Post-pandemic, families are looking for homes that can accommodate their new normal lifestyles. Each of our developments is aligned to Sunway Property’s enhanced Sunway Design and Development Architecture, which ensures that sustainability, innovation, health and wellness, as well as lifestyle and new experience features are integrated into the homes for our homebuyers,” he said.

Its homebuyers can look forward to electric vehicle charging facilities at the residents’ car parking bays, covered walkways to nearby public transportation systems, co-working spaces, Nanoe TM air quality control appliances, among many others services and amenities.

Homebuyers were also automatically registered as Sunway Property Pals+ members under the Signature Series 2022 campaign which allows members to enjoy new curated convenience and privileges comprising Rent+, Care+ and Rewards+.

A spin and win campaign for the group’s signature products is ongoing until Oct 31, 2022. Prizes worth up to RM500,000 are up for grabs when buyers book a unit with Sunway Property.

The participating projects of the campaign are Sunway Serene, Sunway Velocity TWO, Sunway Belfield, Sunway Artessa, Sunway d’hill, Jernih Residence and Sunway Alishan.
