Maxbiz to be delisted on Monday

PETALING JAYA: Maxbiz Corp Bhd will be delisted on March 26 after Bursa Malaysia dismissed the company’s appeal against the decision to remove its securities from the stock exchange.

It had earlier failed to submit its regularisation plan to the Securities Commission or Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd for approval within the timeframe stipulated under paragraph 8.04(3)(a)(i) of Bursa Securities Main Market Listing Requirements.
