Ihave long, permed and coloured hair. Recently, I noticed that I was losing a lot of hair. I washmy hair with shampoo followed by a conditioner every day. I also dry it with a hairdryer frequently, especially when I’m in a rush and don’t want to go out with a wet look! Is it advisable to wash and condition hair on a daily basis, and is the hot air from the hairdryer causingmy hair to become dry and frizzy? Will a hair mask help with the dry hair problem? – Lynn

The area aroundmy eyes feels really dry after taking a shower. I have tried applying eye cream but this dries up after some time.
