If Government had imprisoned all those who caused deaths in construction sites, the recent incident would have been prevented. Hence Government is also responsible. Use of cheap labour is the cause of many accidents leading to loss of lives in construction sites. Illegal bus drivers, crane handlers and machine operators don’t have basic local safety education. Technical people must be paid well. Bosses and Government must adhere to rules. – Sheikh
