KUALA LUMPUR: Senheng customers can now enjoy a 10% discount when subscribing to dimsum, the video-on-demand service which offers unlimited access to the best of Asian content.

The offer is only valid for subscribers of the consumer electronics chain’s loyalty programme – Senheng PlusOne – and it is effective until May 31.

New and existing members are encouraged to visit any Senheng store to purchase the prepaid code for a 12-month dimsum subscription which will only cost RM162 instead of RM180.

“We are excited to work with Senheng. This partnership reaffirms our commitment to deliver a seamless experience to subscribers to enjoy unlimited shows on dimsum,” said dimsum chief marketing officer Lam Swee Kim.

The code can be redeemed at dimsum.my where subscribers can enjoy a variety of shows from China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Thailand on the same day they are shown in the countries of origin.

At the partnership launch, Senheng managing director KH Lim announced an additional 3% EZ Credit Rebate, another in-house loyalty programme for new Senheng PlusOne members who sign up during the offer period.

Benefits of the RM12-yearly Senheng PlusOne membership include an additional one-year warranty on all items purchased, free delivery and a special members-only discount on all products.

This month, dimsum subscribers will be able to catch the premiere of Chibi Marukochan, A Family Goes Job Hunting, Pretty Li Hui Zhen and Husband’s Secret Stash. The VOD service will also introduce more Chinese and Hong Kong series such as City Still Believe In Love, Forensic Heroes III and Triumph In The Skies II, as well as variety shows like Artisans Masterpiece, Dinner Confidential, Festival A La Stars and Pilgrimage Of Wealth.
