Even with the new LRT and MRT lines, people are still going through horrendous traffic jams. Life is so stressful, waking up at 5am and going home at 8pm to avoid the jams. Shuttle buses are needed for every housing area to take the longsuffer­ing people to the nearest station. Jobs would also be created for drivers. Can the Government address this urgent need before people go bonkers?

Health Ministry should view the sudden increase of flu-like symptoms among children seriously. News of the recent death of a child in a government hospital, which has gone viral in social media, should be investigat­ed. MOH should assure the public that the clinical management of such cases is reviewed frequently. It’s indeed heart-wrenching to lose a child. The inability of our doctors to diagnose the case at an early stage speaks volumes. – S. PARAM
