Loyalty card programme gets timely boost
MST Golf are giving their privilege card programme - ilovegolf - a massive boost as they endeavour to consolidate their membership base and offer numerous savings and exclusive benefits.
Speaking of the new development, MST managing director K.P. Low said: “Our members get to enjoy rebates on their purchases at any MST Golf outlet, in the form of vouchers and on top of that, members get to enjoy other perks such as exclusive sales preview, members-only promotional offers, additional discounts and extra reward points during selected events.
“We also have our ilovegolf tournament that is held exclusively for our members.
“Since its inception in 2007, the ilovegolf tournament has become one of the most sought-after events held annually and is highly anticipated by the members.
“Last but not least, ilovegolf members also get to enjoy yearround savings on green fees at participating golf clubs around Malaysia.”
The ilovegolf loyalty programme, wholly owned and managed by MST Golf, was launched in 2005 with a single objective - to provide a privileged and rewarding experience for MST customers.
“It is the largest and rapidly growing golfing community in the country with a membership of 65,000 golfers nationwide,’ said Low. “With MST Golf ’s extensive network, comprising retail shops, golf academies and driving ranges, the ilovegolf programme provides a comprehensive platform for the members’ activities and events.
“In view of the positive response and support from golfers throughout the years, the ilovegolf membership has now been extended to Singapore with the aim to benefit more golfers.”
The ilovegolf membership starts with an initial RM20 three-year membership and is available at all MST Golf outlets.
Meanwhile, following the recent appointment of MST Golf as distributor of the PRGR brand in Malaysia, Low said they were pleased with the initial response received from the market.
He added that the appointment further strengthens MST Golf ’s standing in the golf retail sector with another top Japanese brand joining their stable that is not only renowned for precision and quality but also craftsmanship.
The PRGR range of equipment comprises drivers, woods, hybrids, irons, wedges and putters, as well as accessories including golf bags, gloves and caps.
PRGR is available at four key MST Golf superstores - TPC Kuala Lumpur, Subang Jaya, Intermark Mall Kuala Lumpur and UOA.
