I’m not giving up on love, says actor Wak Doyok

FASHION icon Wak Doyok (pic) is willing to love and date again after going through many unsuccessf­ul relationsh­ips in the past, reported Berita Harian.

“To be honest, I am very disappoint­ed but if I keep feeling this way, I will not be able to get any work done.

“I just have not found the right one yet. When the time is right, she will come knocking at my heart,” said the 36-year-old whose real name is Muhammad Azwan Mohd Nor.

The Abang Long Fadil 2 actor said he was not what many thought he was.

“I am simple and not fussy at all when it comes to choosing a partner.

“If she is able to cook, is of good character and can look after my parents, that is good enough for me.

“I do not mindd if she is an artiste, a fashion icon or even a teacher. I will leave it all to fate. I will continue searching until I find the one,” said Wak, who was previously engaged to former TV3 personalit­y Azrinaz Mazhar Hakim.

Muhd Zahin anda his brothers – Muhd Zafi, 23, and Muhd Hasnul Zaihan, 25 – learned to cook from their mother while they were still in s secondary school.

“My brother and I have different cooking skills. I can cook fried rice while my brother is better at Western food. “Besides cooking, we take turns to buy and prepare ingredient­s. “We also learn how to manage our income and revenue,” said Muhd Zahin, who claimed thaat they did not mind missing out on fun with friends.

“It has always been our interest to cook. We will help our parents at night after doing our own work during the day.

“We enjoy ourselves a lot even though we may feel tired,” said Muhd Zahin.

> The daily also reported that a youth from Penang who joined the Islamic State in Syria had expressed a desire to return to the country.

The youth, who is known as Abu Naufal, admitted that he had already burnt his Malaysian passport.

He added that the IS’ fight was merely centred around “killing, burning, slaughter and sex”.

His wish to return to Malaysia was expressed to a member of the United Nations’ panel on rehabilita­tion and deradicali­sation, Dr Mohd Miza Mohd Aslam, via the Telegram app.
