Identifying and monitoring hotspot schools by the Education Ministry and the police will enable the authorities to take action to prevent gangsterism, drugs, bullying and other problems from escalating beyond control. In its haste to be an educational hub, the Government sacrificed quality for quantity. Colleges and universities mushroomed all over. Student trafficking resulted. Wake up, Higher Education Ministry!
