PETALING JAYA: An integrated resort developmen­t at Gold Coast, Australia, is inviting Malaysian buyers to view the property.

The Star Residences, a project by The Star Entertainm­ent Group, Far East Consortium and Chow Tai Fook, is part of an A$850mil (RM2.87bil) masterplan developmen­t along with redevelopm­ent of The Star Gold Coast.

Located at Broadbeach, it comprises residentia­l apartments from level 21, which offer views to the coastline, Surfers’ Paradise and hinterland.

It presents buyers with the opportunit­y to live right in the heart of the city’s world-class integrated resort on Broadbeach Island.

It is connected to the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre and is a few minutes walk away from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Kurrawa Beach, Mermaid Beach as well as the Gold Coast light rail.

Amenities include a pool, spa, gym, yoga and dining room.

Gold Coast is also hosting the Commonweal­th Games next year.

The Star Residences is being promoted in Malaysia by Juste Land, a real estate agency in Australia’s property investment.
