PETALING JAYA: An integrated resort development at Gold Coast, Australia, is inviting Malaysian buyers to view the property.
The Star Residences, a project by The Star Entertainment Group, Far East Consortium and Chow Tai Fook, is part of an A$850mil (RM2.87bil) masterplan development along with redevelopment of The Star Gold Coast.
Located at Broadbeach, it comprises residential apartments from level 21, which offer views to the coastline, Surfers’ Paradise and hinterland.
It presents buyers with the opportunity to live right in the heart of the city’s world-class integrated resort on Broadbeach Island.
It is connected to the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre and is a few minutes walk away from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Kurrawa Beach, Mermaid Beach as well as the Gold Coast light rail.
